Registration
Mira Mesa West Little League will be holding our Registration for the 2005 Spring Season on the following dates:
- December 4
- December 11
- January 8
- January 15
All registration dates will be held from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on the grass in front of Mira Mesa Recreation Center
facing New Salem Street.
Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency from the list below. Please note
that only one document from each category will be accepted. For example: 1) driver’s license; 2) report card; 3)
phone bill is acceptable, however 1) driver’s license; 2) water bill; 3) phone bill is not acceptable as two come
from the same category (utility bills)
- Driver’s License.
- Voter’s Registration.
- School Records.
- Welfare Records.
- Federal, state and local records.
- Support payment records.
- Homeowner or tenant records.
- Utility bills.

Fees
Fees for 2005 Spring Little League are as follows:
T-Ball/Farm (ages 5 - 8) - $65.00
Minor/Major (ages 9 - 12) - $75.00
Junior/Senior (ages 13 - 16) - $85.00
**There is a $5.00 discount for each additional sibling.
There is a $5.00 discount for all registration forms received prior to December 4. Those who choose to
mail-in their registration to take advantage of the discount must attend one of the registration dates
above in order to provide necessary age and residency documentation and to pick up fundraiser or pay
for buy-out. Please mail form with payment (no cash please) to the address on the bottom of the registration
form.
There is a $15 additional charge for registering after 15 January and those registering late will be
required to “buy-out” of the fundraiser. All returned checks will be charged a $5 fee.
T-Ball through Major divisions play on 60’ base paths, Junior/Senior divisions play on 90’ base paths.
Volunteers
As in past years, all local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks on Managers,
Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide
regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams.
Individuals are also required to complete and submit a
Little League Volunteer Application to their local league.
If you are interested in volunteering (manager, coach, team rep, scorekeeper, umpire) please bring a
copy of your driver’s license to expedite the process. You will be checked through Megan’s Law for
crimes committed against minors. All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
